She started her career in the 1990s with BHP in Melbourne, working in HR leadership roles for both local and global organisations. In 2009, she took a leap and founded Harrisons, a HR consulting business, now a trusted firm supporting businesses across Australia and beyond. 

But Claire’s biggest passion? As a mum of 2 teens and business owner, Claire loves helping professionals break free from corporate careers and create businesses that give them freedom, flexibility, and financial independence.
